We are constantly reviewing feedback, interviewing past attendees, and figuring out everyway we can to upgrade this event. Here are some of the upgrades so far to the next edition:

1. Daily Room/bathroom cleaning for all rooms at Ozen (Hotel already has that)
2. Daily laundry service at minimal cost
3. Fresh sheets every other day for rooms at Ozen
4. Communal Volunteer Hours
   1. Significantly redistributing and reducing the communal work hours:
      1. Hiring 2 full-time staff from before the event till after + extra hired clean up crew every day
      2. Reducing all the work hours for the community from 20 to 10 hours Total and focusing more on creative work
5. For Hotel Residents
   1. Dedicated on-site (Ozen) Shower and freshen up room for people staying off-site
   2. Extra shuttles between hotel and ozen
   3. Additional Fan and Upgraded Mattresses for 4 People rooms (ozen)
6. Fans for the dance floors (specially day socials)
7. Constant hot water tank for tea/coffee/…
8. Activity Scheduling
   • Heavier ceremonies at the beginning of the week (e.g. Hape, breathwork, Temezcal,…)
   • Schedule getting lighter as the week goes by
9. More Connection
   • More “friendship” time & activities beginning of the week, so that more people get to know and connect with each other
   • More activities and ways for people to dance with people they’ve never danced with and discover amazing connections!
